Managed and reviewed adverse event reports, maintained documentation quality, and supported local safety operations and risk monitoring.

Assisted supervised dispensing and prescription screening to support safe medication supply and patient counselling in a community pharmacy setting. Helped with inventory checks, expiry monitoring, controlled drug documentation, and accurate dispensing record-keeping.

Assisted inpatient and outpatient dispensing under supervision, supporting medication safety checks and medication chart reviews. Participated in ward support, discharge counselling, inventory monitoring, and maintained accurate documentation including controlled drug registers.

Supported inspections of imported pharmaceutical products and medical devices at the port of entry, verifying import documentation and checking labeling, batch consistency, and packaging compliance. Assisted with identifying non-compliant products, sampling for lab analysis, maintaining inspection records, and supporting enforcement decisions under FDA regulations.

Earned an MSc in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from Kingston University, London from September 2017 to September 2018.

Earned a BSc in Pharmacy at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) from September 2011 to May 2015.

Completed a Pharmacovigilance certification between November and December 2019.
