I’m a Strategic HSE/EHS professional with 5+ years of progressive leadership across engineering firms and multinationals (Air BP, Becton Dickinson), plus experience supporting educational networks and logistics. I manage safety and environmental programs across 70+ sites, standardising procedures and strengthening governance through ISO 14001/45001 management systems and KPI-driven performance management.
I also structure ESG reporting frameworks and lead multi-site safety governance, combining risk assessment, hazard control, incident investigation, and root-cause control. In my current work, I run Workplace Safety & CIPA programs and take full technical responsibility for Solid Waste Management Plans (PGRS), while coordinating technical support for labour litigation, regulatory inspections, internal audits, and environmental licensing processes.
