Served as a Cybersecurity and Risk Management Consultant embedded within JPMorgan Chase’s Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) division, supporting the post-merger integration of heritage First Republic Bank. Directed M&A cyber risk due diligence and integration, ensuring compliance with FRB, SOC 1, SOX, and data retention regulations.

Served as a strategic cybersecurity advisor to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the Human Health & Performance (HH&P) Directorate at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Led cybersecurity risk management for three system security packages, ensuring full compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and international privacy standards.

Led cybersecurity architecture and risk governance for theater-level intelligence operations across U.S. Army Africa, ensuring compliance with DoD, Army, INSCOM, and USAREUR-AF directives. Directed full lifecycle RMF audits, securing a 3-year Authority to Operate (ATO) for a Cross-Domain Solution Suite.

Served as the CISO-equivalent for the Army Networks South of the Alps and the Enterprise Del Din Data Center (DDDC), leading cybersecurity governance and operations across 32 geographically dispersed sites. Directed a workforce of 250+ cybersecurity professionals, ensuring secure delivery of IT services to over 50,000 Department of Defense personnel.

Managed enterprise cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and threat analysis for Army HR systems supporting 20,000+ users worldwide. Appointed ISSM for the U.S. Army Human Resources Command and the Army Recruiting Services Network (RSN), with responsibility for policy alignment, risk mitigation, and audit success.
