As a freelance documentary photographer and impact storyteller, I document underrepresented communities, including Indigenous, pastoralist and climate-vulnerable groups. I create visual narratives for policymakers, donors and international audiences.
My work includes photography, written narratives, newsletters and social media content for NGOs and advocacy organisations. I also build impact evidence libraries with photographs, testimonials and community feedback to support reporting, advocacy and fundraising.
In Care & Climate, I explore how Indigenous Maasai women care for their families and communities amid an increasingly unpredictable climate. Olderkesi: Navigating the Carbon Market documents community voices, land rights concerns and the effects of carbon credit markets.
My ongoing photo essay, Voices from the Rangeland, documents pastoralist livelihoods in Narok County and has been shared with county government officials and international conservation bodies. I engage directly with communities and present their perspectives to help inform decision-making.
