I am a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a strong background in software engineering and a passion for the hospitality industry. With over 3 years of experience in application support, environment support, and data-center operations, I have developed a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and a keen ability to work in challenging and creative environments.

My experience in the software industry has equipped me with a range of technical skills, including L1 and L2 support, Autosys, Cloudera Manager, Java, SQL, and Unix scripting. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

In my previous roles, I have had the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from providing application support for 77 applications to working on the setup and maintenance of a Hadoop production support team. I have also had the chance to explore my passion for the hospitality industry, working as a pastry chef and baker in several establishments.
