I'm building practical commercial law and compliance experience at Alasan James and Co, where I support senior lawyers on contracts, legal opinions, negotiation documents, and commercial disputes.

I conduct legal and regulatory research, review contractual terms, and organise documentation to support efficient transaction and matter management. My work includes monitoring relevant legislation, case law, regulations, and market practices.

During my service at NIMASA, I researched maritime policies, legislation, and regulations within a highly regulated environment. I also prepared reports and maintained official documentation, strengthening my understanding of regulatory compliance.

With an LL.B and Barrister-at-Law qualification, I bring experience from legal internships and an externship involving document drafting, court observations, legal research, and client matters. I'm growing my focus in AML/KYC, data protection, risk, legal operations, and remote legal support.
