What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance and payroll operations where I can strengthen compliance, improve processes, guide accounting teams, and deliver accurate financial reporting, payroll, budget control, and cost analysis.

I'm currently leading daily accounting operations, end-to-end payroll, financial reporting, budget control, and finance team development at Tawfeeq Holidays. I ensure payroll accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with Qatar labor regulations and the Wage Protection System.

Across Tawfeeq Travel, ICRE Qatar, and PHESCO, I've managed general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow, statutory remittances, audits, and financial statements. I've also trained junior accountants, resolved payroll discrepancies, and improved processes to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

I bring more than 20 years of progressive accounting and payroll experience, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analyst certificates.
