At Digital Digix / Nodex, I designed and implemented workflow automation for lead intelligence, research, enrichment, and outbound operations. I connected n8n, AI integrations, APIs, webhooks, and CRM workflows across business processes.
I developed JavaScript workflow logic to clean, transform, and process data. In a lead intelligence project, I connected opportunity extraction, company research, lead enrichment, personalized outreach preparation, and CRM organization.
I also designed a customer reactivation workflow with inactivity checks, staged follow-ups, and reply handling to stop further messages when a customer reactivated. My project work includes lead inquiry automation and a prototype for organizing inquiries from WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
