I am a Procurement and Supply Chain professional with around two years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, sourcing, vendor management, purchase order management, logistics coordination, inventory control, contract compliance, and ERP-based purchasing.
I began my professional experience in Fleet Management at Airblue, progressing from an Intern to Assistant Fleet Management and then Coordinator Fleet Management. In these roles, I managed end-to-end procurement activities, including reviewing purchase requests, floating RFQs, evaluating vendor quotations, preparing comparative statements, negotiating pricing and lead times, creating purchase and exchange orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating logistics, and maintaining procurement documentation.
I created and managed 437+ purchase orders involving 30+ vendors and achieved a 95% order closure rate within quoted lead times. I also managed 360+ exchange orders, including routine, critical, and AOG priorities, achieving 100% on-time receipt for AOG shipments. Through contract review and analysis of PBH vendor queries, I identified non-chargeable items and helped secure savings of more than $100,000.
My experience also includes coordinating with international vendors, freight forwarders, courier partners, customs clearance agents, engineering teams, repair facilities, and inventory/stores teams. I achieved a 95% on-time return rate for exchange units and supported procurement and logistics during an A321 heavy maintenance project at an international MRO facility.
