Ian Shilajiru

I’m an ICT-focused professional with hands-on experience teaching computer classes and supporting technology for clients and organizations. I combine practical troubleshooting with design skills to help people get results.

In my most recent role, I developed concepts, graphics, and layouts—choosing fonts and images, preparing marketing materials, and producing 3D and 2D models and mockups for unique clients. I also planned, directed, and supervised computer classes, coordinating activities with the director and advising students on IT to promote economies of scale.

Previously, I worked as an IT Officer, guiding technology matters and store processes to ensure clients’ needs were met and value for money was delivered. I kept transaction records, supported marketing through client identification and follow-ups, developed software to reduce workload, and handled installation, maintenance, and replacement of hardware and software.

Earlier, during my internship as a Media Assistant, I designed banners and posters, prepared service presentations and video clips, branded church service materials, and helped maintain computers and technology gadgets. I’m trustworthy, disciplined, self-motivated, and committed to meeting strict deadlines with honesty and integrity.
