What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level opportunity in IT Support or Cloud Support to apply my skills and continue building practical, real-world experience.

At DataBinaries, I worked on AWS-hosted web and application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis documentation during my Cloud Application internship.

For an AWS infrastructure project, I deployed and secured an EC2 instance hosting Apache, configured CloudWatch CPU alarms, and set up scheduled backups to Amazon S3. I also diagnosed a web server port conflict and documented the troubleshooting process.

On a WordPress and MySQL project, I fixed a PHP installation issue, addressed a low-memory slowdown by adding swap space, and troubleshot a database connection issue. I'm seeking an entry-level opportunity in IT Support or Cloud Support where I can apply these skills and build practical experience.
