At Mous Products Limited (Group), I own the group’s financial operations across multiple UK and international entities. I lead the monthly close and prepare decision-ready reporting packs, and I use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to standardize processes and reduce manual work through automation and AI.

As Financial Controller, I redesigned the month-end close, cutting the cycle from 45 days to two weeks while improving accuracy, control and board-reporting timeliness.
