What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can engineer reliable test and diagnostics solutions—combining embedded programming, validation, and control/data analysis—to improve product quality and support automation, embedded systems, and system optimization in real industrial settings.

I’m a Test Systems Engineer based in Portugal, focused on developing end-of-line (EOL) automated test solutions for electrical and electronic devices. I build backend software, frontend applications, and graphical user interfaces (GUIs), and I support system commissioning, debugging, validation, and continuous improvement of test platforms and production processes.

As a CISE PhD Candidate, I work on fault analysis and diagnostics in asynchronous machines. I’ve developed and implemented condition monitoring solutions to identify electrical and mechanical faults in electric motor drives, combining real-time motor drive systems and electronics with control methods, data acquisition, signal processing, and performance analysis.

My academic work includes an M.Sc. thesis on analysis and diagnosis of stator faults in six-phase induction motors with symmetrical winding. I’ve managed experimental activities and lab setups, delivered technical reporting for my PhD project, and authored 7 journal papers, presenting results to multidisciplinary technical and industrial audiences.

I’m highly adaptable, organized, resilient, and motivated to work on projects involving electrical installations, maintenance, automation, embedded systems, system optimization/efficiency, and other areas of electrical engineering—especially where structured troubleshooting and validation drive measurable quality improvements.
