At Kantar Group, I built the Aspose.Slides report generator end-to-end, producing 75-slide client reports in under 40 seconds. I reused the existing left panel component, cutting development time by about 50%.
I built and maintained dedicated Explorer+ reporting solutions for enterprise clients including Kraft Heinz, UOB, and Colgate. I also restructured API responses, reducing JSON payload size from 6MB to 1MB and load time by about 50%.
To address tool-wide lag, I replaced CSS-hidden elements with Angular *ngIf directives, reducing DOM nodes from about 11,000 to about 1,000. I also added auto-reconnecting SSH tunneling logic to backend startup for Elasticsearch access.
