At Coordinates Consulting Pvt. Ltd., I run end-to-end procurement cycles for state PSUs, from defining needs and drafting RFPs to evaluating bids and supporting contract awards. My work spans goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services across infrastructure, mining and energy.
I diagnosed a structural cause at a PSU mining operation and won leadership approval to reposition a weighbridge, prompting changes to billing, accounting and penalty frameworks covering INR 100 Cr+ in annual transactions. I also led vendor consultations for a greenfield copper mining project and drafted its tender and scope of work.
