I'm currently optimizing HFC/DOCSIS capacity and supporting access-network growth at Videotron, where I configure upstream OFDMA, manage spectrum migrations, deploy RFoG modules, and provide Tier-3 support for complex network incidents.
Previously at Beanfield, I activated and supported DWDM, Dark Fiber, Private Lines, Internet, Metro Wave, DDoS, and VoIP services while troubleshooting customer networks across Cisco IOS/XR/XE, Junos, and GPON systems. I also produced telecommunications infrastructure plans at Tandem Networks and maintained network hardware and Cisco Prime infrastructure at CSRDN.
My earlier work with ZTE and SARL Novatel IT focused on 2G, 3G, and 4G KPI analysis, radio optimization, drive-test measurements, technical reporting, congestion analysis, and interference investigation.
