I’m a Certified Dispensary Assistant with 9+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical dispensing, patient care, and customer-facing service environments. I currently manage dispensary operations for an active university campus health clinic, accurately dispensing prescribed medications with correct dosage, labelling, and patient-specific instructions in compliance with Zimbabwean pharmacy regulations.

I also process and administer insurance claims using the Health263 platform, verifying patient eligibility and accurately capturing claim data for prompt reimbursement. I maintain full pharmaceutical inventory using stock cards and Electronic Health Records (EHR), coordinate supply between the clinic and pharmacy management, and handle NatPharm procurement orders while managing drug storage under cold-chain and safety standards.

Previously, I delivered dispensary support across multiple district-level public health facilities under USAID-funded HIV and TB treatment programmes (OPHID), ensuring accurate ARV and essential medicines dispensing at high volumes. I managed the pharmaceutical supply chain (ordering, receipt, stock rotation, and reporting), collaborated with multidisciplinary health teams, and supported patient adherence counselling and treatment monitoring.

My earlier retail pharmacy experience strengthened my financial and service accuracy—operating point-of-sale systems, performing daily till reconciliation and cash balancing, and providing professional patient counselling.
