At Foster Electric (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, I built and run a FastAPI and PostgreSQL traceability service that checks product data across 7 production lines, processing about 10,000 products per day.
I wrote programs to read data from about 30 PLCs into PostgreSQL, running on Raspberry Pi and Windows. I also designed the database schema and SQL queries for traceability and rework.
I built a FastAPI rework module to replace an Excel file, reducing serial-number lookup from 10–20 minutes to about 1 minute. In my RoboDesk project, I’m developing ESP32-S3 firmware in C and a Raspberry Pi 5 backend in Python; the complete robot does not run yet.
