Hồng Nam Lê

I am a dedicated process engineer with extensive experience in mold engineering and product development. My journey began at Thang Nguyen University of Technology, where I honed my skills in mechanical engineering. Since then, I have worked with several companies, including CIBON Limited Liability Company and Zhongyu Precision Mechanical, where I focused on optimizing production processes and enhancing product quality.

Throughout my career, I have successfully designed and modified molds, developed assembly processes, and implemented quality control measures. My role at CIBON involves creating detailed drawings, testing product features, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. I take pride in my ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process, ultimately contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.

In addition to my technical skills, I am proficient in using various design software, including Unigraphics NX and SolidWorks. I am also fluent in Japanese and have basic communication skills in Chinese, which allows me to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. I am passionate about continuous learning and am currently expanding my language skills while pursuing opportunities to further my career in mold engineering.
