At Tetra Tech's Water, Energy for Food (WE4F) Regional Innovation Hub, I coordinated operational and administrative delivery for a multi-donor program spanning 12 Southern and Central African countries. I supported leadership, technical specialists, and field officers across the program.
I managed budget tracking, financial reporting, and expenditure reconciliation with finance teams, while ensuring compliance with USAID regulations. I also directed the monitoring, evaluation, and learning process, using program data and defined indicators to inform leadership decisions.
I coordinated technical assistance across 13 categories for 32 innovators in six countries, and helped ensure contractual deliverables were prepared, checked, and submitted on schedule. I maintained project documentation and Salesforce reporting, and developed procedures and checklists to improve consistency and reduce administrative errors.
Earlier, as Project Coordinator at Med-Tech Engineers, I maintained project plans, tracked expenditures, and reported progress to clients. At SAAB Grintek Defense, I tested and repaired electronic warfare systems, including power supplies and PCBs, and completed qualification testing. My education includes a B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology.
