At Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, I'm building PAL Analytics 2.0, a production-grade RAG-based log analysis platform for enterprise OmniSwitch networks. It automates root-cause detection across 2,000+ indexed log files and cuts manual analysis time by 20%.
I developed the end-to-end AI pipeline using Sentence Transformers, Llama 3, Ollama, FastAPI, and OpenSearch, enabling semantic lookup across a 290-issue knowledge base with confidence scoring. I also automated Python-based log ingestion over Paramiko SSH, collecting 1,300+ logs per build through a smart scan strategy.
I built the React/Vite interface for batch AI processing, confidence-score visualisation, collapsible results, and REST API-based CLI integration.
