I'm looking to lead global controllership, shared services, finance transformation, and reporting for complex multinational operations, with scope to build teams, strengthen governance, improve close processes, and support strategic growth.

I'm currently managing group financial control and shared services at Gedu Services, covering UK, Australian, European, Indian and Middle East entities, transfer pricing, compliance, board packs, investor reporting and legal-entity planning.

Previously, I led finance operations of around 200 FTE at Motherson Technology and EXL Services, and held controllership and reporting roles at ELI Research, AIG, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Telecom, Kotak Mahindra Prime and Patni. Across 22 years, I've delivered R2R, P2P, FP&A, statutory and regulatory reporting, shared-services transitions, close acceleration and BlackLine automation.
