At Kartik Research, I manage end-to-end production across in-house and outsourced manufacturing units, coordinating vendors, artisans, and internal teams to keep handloom and hand-embroidery projects on track.

I plan production schedules around artisan lead times, monitor deadlines, conduct quality checks, and proactively resolve delays or quality concerns to support timely delivery.

Previously at Almost Gods, I developed garments from sketches through final production samples, working closely with design teams, sampling units, pattern masters, cutting masters, tailors, vendors, and QC teams.

At RKIVE City Atelier, I managed bi-weekly production planning, custom orders, sourcing, atelier operations, catalogue styling, and communication between design and production teams.
