Manual QA Engineer transitioning from Ferel Electronics quality assurance to software testing; tested checkout flows and verified order data with SQL.
TurkeyWhat I'm looking for
At Ferel Electronics, I investigated product and process defects using 8D, CAPA, and root cause analysis, and maintained traceable corrective-action records.
I coordinated issue resolution across engineering, suppliers, and customers, then verified corrective actions. I also prepared quality reports and audit documentation using SAP QM, QDMS, and Excel.
Through Microsoft/Coursera QA training, I designed traceable manual test cases for the GreenLeaf Grocers checkout capstone. I investigated an expired-promotion API defect and verified order persistence with a SQL JOIN in SQLite.
On the MindBridge Education training project, I tested an account-update flow with Playwright and validated test data with SQL. I’m seeking a remote Manual QA Engineer role where my test design and analytical quality skills can add value.
