At Dimensa/Evertec, I architected and developed DimensaRAG, an enterprise knowledge platform that makes organizational information available to AI agents through MCP. I connected it to an internal Slack agent to reduce repetitive HR questions and built workflows that surface knowledge gaps and resolve questions as relevant content becomes available.
At DRZ Corporation, I architected and led Aurora’s production multi-agent implementation for Auto Avaliar. Aurora unified vehicle search, account operations, policy RAG, and multimodal workflows, and supported business outcomes including 62% sales growth and 35% operating expense reduction.
I independently designed and built SDRAG, a RAG-as-a-Service platform that replaced seven fragmented pipelines, was adopted company-wide, and was commercialized externally. I exposed retrieval and document-discovery tools through FastMCP and deployed the platform as independently scalable components on Azure Kubernetes Service.
My applied research for B3 × FIAP used agentic RAG to classify and recommend across 440,000 investment fund documents. I also built AI-agent automations for independent clients and previously grew Cassiana Franco’s social account from approximately 3K to 100K followers during direct management.
