What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior/lead engineering roles to design complex gameplay systems, mentor engineers, and build cross-platform titles within collaborative, growth-oriented teams (remote or in-house).

I am an experienced and versatile Game Engineer with over nine years in the industry, specializing in gameplay systems and cross-platform titles. I focus on implementing complex systems and writing clean, scalable code that enhances player experiences.

I have shipped mobile and PC projects and built core functionality such as an Ability System for an online action MOBA and gameplay systems using Unity DOTS (ECS). I was promoted to Lead Game Engineer and now lead a team of five engineers, handling task planning and career development.

Technically, I work primarily with C#, Unity3D, Unity DOTS, Git, Perforce and Lua, and I build custom editor tools, prototyping features, and systems for persistence, UI, analytics and remote configuration. I emphasize scalability, maintainability, and strong collaboration with designers and multidisciplinary teams.

I bring leadership experience in both remote and in-house teams and a collaborative mindset. I value mentorship, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality player experiences through clear communication and teamwork.
