At TEKZEN SYSTEMS, I tested e-commerce workflows across Payment Calculator, Lead Generation, Reservation, and Redirection modules. I designed and executed 250+ test cases and scenarios, and maintained a 95%+ defect closure rate with zero critical production escapes.
I validated REST APIs with Postman and checked data integrity across EAP, FAP, and CDI systems using SQL. I also validated analytics events and tested accessibility against WCAG 2.1.
In my personal Playwright project, I designed and maintained an automation framework with JavaScript/TypeScript and the Page Object Model. I automated web and API scenarios and integrated the framework with GitHub Actions/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
