For IVR releases, I've tested inbound, outbound, transfer, DTMF, and prompt-validation flows across QA, development, staging, and production environments. My proactive regression testing helped reduce production call failures by 30%, while I coordinated test plans and releases with cross-functional teams.
I complement manual coverage with Selenium, Java, TestNG, SQL, Python, and REST API testing. I've maintained automation suites of more than 180 test cases and added 65+ Selenium/Java cases for chatbot regression coverage.
