Hassan Ridwan
@hassanridwan
Content writer and emerging SEO specialist with a chemistry background. I turn research into clear, useful content people can act on.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
I tested 10–15 vegetable oil samples daily at Comfort Vegetable Oil, running FFA, moisture, peroxide value, color, and titration tests to support health, safety, and regulatory standards.
At Williams-Sonoma, I resolved an average of 40 customer interactions per day across phone, chat, and email, using Salesforce to document cases, track orders, and escalate complex issues. I bring clear, empathetic, solutions-focused communication and stay composed in fast-paced environments.
I’ve also taught General Science, Biology, and Chemistry at A&T Schools, while building data-labeling experience through Forage Academy’s AI simulation. My Chemistry research included phytochemical screening, GC-MS analysis, and anti-inflammatory assessment of Chasmanthera dependens extracts.
