I gained hands-on network management, configuration, and technical support experience during my internship at Nayatel, a leading internet service provider.

I configured and maintained routers, switches, and firewalls, monitored network performance, and troubleshot connectivity issues to support reliable service.

I also assisted with network security measures including access controls and system updates, while documenting configurations, support requests, and troubleshooting steps.

Alongside networking, I supported cybersecurity research at Abbottabad UST through data analysis, threat identification, risk assessment, research design, testing, and manuscript preparation. I'm looking to apply my academic foundation and practical experience as I grow into a professional network engineer.
