At Synesis IT PLC, I delivered design and prototyping for internal tools and public-facing e-governance platforms alongside the UX Lead and Associate UX Engineer. I mapped HRIS referral and requisition flows, replacing a manual, paper-based process.
I also built the PEPArS website in WordPress from approved Figma designs and defined the recruitment journey for the Career Page and in-house ATS, including an approval-tracking flow. I supported the E-TIN and Land.gov.bd initiatives by shaping complex government requirements into usable interfaces.
In my projects, I’ve used field and survey research to guide product strategy and design. For Brihottor Noakhali Samity, I delivered a Bangla-first, content-manageable website end-to-end, organizing more than 18 pages into five navigation clusters.
