I am a dedicated Mathematics educator committed to making STEM accessible to all learners. I use inclusive teaching practices and modern pedagogical tools to support educational equity and academic success.

Since 2021, I have worked as a self-employed Private Tutor, delivering online and in-person Mathematics tutoring. I develop personalized study materials, track learning progress, and collaborate with parents to create customized lesson plans that improve student engagement and performance.

As a Teacher Intern (M.E.B Şehit Öğretmen Şenay Aybüke Yalçın Ortaokulu) and later at Ayazağa Işık Middle School, I focus on classroom dynamics—especially the interplay between teacher-led instruction and student engagement. I enhance comprehension by integrating real-world examples, creative constructivist activities, and interactive teaching methods into lesson plans.

I also serve as a Board Member for the Volunteer Educational Research Club (EREC), leading social responsibility projects centered on educational equity and STEM access. I strengthen leadership and teamwork by coordinating with different teams to improve how the club runs and how projects come to life.
