I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering scalable SaaS platforms and cloud-native applications. I build performant, secure, user-focused software using Java (Spring Boot) and strong system design and microservices architecture skills.

At Goodnotes (Senior Backend Engineer, October 2024–Present), I design, develop, and maintain backend services for document storage, synchronization, account workflows, and cross-device access. I improve reliability and performance by optimizing service logic, API response times, and database access patterns—while also building data consistency and conflict handling for seamless cloud sync. I partner with mobile engineers on API contracts, write unit and integration tests, and resolve production issues by analyzing logs and service behavior.

Previously at HYCU (Software Engineer, August 2020–October 2024), I implemented enterprise virtualization solutions using Nutanix, VMware, and cloud SDKs across AWS and Azure. I designed and developed scalable RESTful APIs and microservices, boosted throughput with caching strategies and database query tuning, and established testing practices to reduce post-release defects. I also mentored junior engineers and helped drive maintainable engineering standards through code reviews and architectural discussions.

Earlier, as a Full-stack intern at Kodecta (January 2019–April 2019), I supported backend development with Java and Spring Boot, contributed to microservices using Spring Cloud, and worked with MySQL and PostgreSQL for schemas and queries. I wrote unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito, operated in Agile (Scrum and Kanban), and used tools like Postman for REST API design and validation. I also use AI tools (including Claude and Cursor) to enhance my workflow and stay efficient in everyday tasks.
