At Jio Platforms, I contributed to CloudXP, including the Site Security Management product and the T2R Service Management product. I took full ownership of the configurable SLA module, supporting tracking and breach handling across different ticket journeys.

I also engineered microservices for SOAP-based requests and contributed to CloudXP’s SaaS-enabled, multi-tenant capabilities, including reusable ticket journey templates and integrations with other ITSM systems. My work has used Java, Spring Boot, and REST/SOAP APIs.
