What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior visual communications or creative leadership role in a technology-driven or globally oriented organization, combining creative direction, multimedia production, corporate storytelling, stakeholder collaboration and scalable creative operations.

I've led 500+ visual content projects at Rakkesh Soni Photography, creating corporate films, brand films, product content and large-scale event content for Taj Group of Hotels, Rolex, Sephora, Breitling and Reliance Retail.

I take work from creative brief and visual treatment through shot planning, on-set direction, camera and lighting, editorial, post-production and final delivery. I have led production days with 100+ crew members and managed a 50-member post-production team across concurrent projects, while reducing average turnaround time by approximately 30% through stronger production schedules, review workflows and post-production pipelines.

I'm hands-on with Sony and Canon camera systems, lighting design, video editing, music integration, visual continuity and finishing. I bring structured production thinking to visual communication, balancing brand consistency, storytelling and demanding delivery timelines.
