At Whirlpool Corporation - Global Consumer Design, I audit consumer product portfolios for UX gaps and test concepts for upcoming smart appliances. I translate behavioral data into physical-digital interaction and HMI improvements.
I develop and validate high-fidelity prototypes for connected appliance interfaces, using Figma and Axure to explore concepts and communicate HMI behaviors. I work with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to align designs with accessibility, safety, and physical constraints.
Previously, at Infosys Limited - Wongdoody Unit, I led user research and developed interaction models and strategies for enterprise clients. I also directed WCAG 2.1 accessibility audits and used heuristic evaluations and behavioral data to guide digital platform redesigns.
