What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a transactional finance role where I can apply my litigation discipline and financial-law training to cross-border M&A, structured finance, and securitisation, while developing expertise in legal technology and international commercial practice.

I'm a qualified lawyer in India and SQE candidate pursuing an LL.M. in International Financial Law at King’s College London, with a predicted Distinction.

At the Chambers of Subhash Chauhan, I drafted and finalised 50+ legal instruments and managed 15+ active civil, criminal, family, and commercial files across District Courts and the Delhi High Court.

I handled financial disclosures, analysed asset structures, negotiated property settlements, and reviewed bank records and ledgers in commercial debt-recovery matters. I also advised clients on high-stakes disputes and supported out-of-court settlements that reduced prolonged litigation exposure.

I’m now applying that practical legal foundation to cross-border M&A, structured finance, and securitisation, including a multinational financing deal simulation using ISDA and LMA templates, syndicated loans, CDS, CLOs, LBOs, and securitisations. I’m also interested in legal technology and online dispute resolution.
