At Chambers of Advocate Yogesh Israni, I analyze documentary, financial, digital, forensic and testimonial evidence in criminal and civil matters. I identify inconsistencies, evidentiary gaps, and legal and reputational risks to inform case strategy and client advice.
I conduct witness interviews and examinations, prepare statements and disclosure requests, and coordinate with investigators and forensic experts. I also prepare legal opinions, submissions and case materials while handling sensitive client information.
At ZERICK DASTUR, ADVOCATES & SOLICITORS, I reviewed SEBI disclosure and enforcement materials, researched securities law, and prepared responses to show-cause notices and materials for Securities Appellate Tribunal proceedings. I also conducted corporate due diligence and supported commercial litigation and arbitration.
As Amicus Curie in EEVFAM v. Union of India before the Supreme Court of India, I documented alleged extra-judicial killings, interviewed witnesses, analyzed case data, and collated evidence for an analytical fact-finding report. My research has also included open-source work on hate crimes and death penalty cases.
