As a QA Lead with over 20 years of IT experience, I have dedicated more than 18 years to software testing, specializing in functional, automation, and API testing for web-based applications. My extensive domain knowledge in finance applications, particularly in ESOPs and Capital Markets, has enabled me to lead QA teams effectively and ensure the highest quality standards in software delivery.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proven leadership in managing QA teams, designing automation frameworks, and implementing Agile methodologies. At ESOP Direct, I successfully led a team of 10 testers, overseeing test planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. My contributions have been recognized through various achievements, including receiving an appreciation certificate for successful product version upgrades and being promoted from Test Engineer to QA Lead.
