At Apprentus, I run production infrastructure for a high-traffic Rails marketplace serving about 90 million HTTP requests each month across 11 domains. I implemented WAL-G backups for its 273 GB PostgreSQL database, validated a full restore, and reduced recovery point objectives to minutes.

I’ve also built traffic defenses with NGINX and Cloudflare, redesigned OpenSearch logging, and created Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic monitoring. My automation work cut server provisioning from five days to 15 minutes; I also supported the migration of MD-Natur’s legacy PHP e-commerce application to PHP 7.
