What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver customer-facing analytics, automate workflows, and turn complex data into actionable decisions—while collaborating closely with stakeholders and leading teams through strong process improvement and quality standards.

I’m an applied data analyst with 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing analytics while improving workflows, strengthening leadership capability, and maintaining a high standard of quality work. I’m energized by complex systems, stakeholder collaboration, and building practical tools that make both analysis and execution easier.

In my current role as an Intermediate Data Analyst, I designed and implemented data pipelines and ETL workflows that support large-scale human systems projects. I collect, clean, and structure multi-source operational datasets for reliable downstream reporting, and I automate operational tasks that previously took 16 working hours down to 2 minutes. I also improve data accessibility using optimized SQL queries and structured data models.

As a Data Team Lead, I led a team of 10 analysts delivering analytics on ultrasound imaging data, overseeing end-to-end workflows from raw data to client-ready insights. I bridged technical teams and clients, created standardized processes for data validation and quality control, and helped reduce project lead times by 20%. Over my tenure, I contributed to scalable workflow improvements that helped the department grow from 20 to 40 employees.

Earlier as a Data Analyst, I used statistical methods with Matlab, Excel, and Python to detect patterns, anomalies, and risk indicators in high-resolution sensor data. I produced technical reports that translate complexity into clear decisions, supported troubleshooting by coordinating across field techs, developers, and sales, and helped reduce onboarding time from 6 months to 3 by developing training materials. I’m also currently pursuing a Project Management certification to deepen how I lead projects and deliver outcomes.
