I am an associate advocate with hands-on experience appearing daily in district, sessions and civil courts, handling a broad mix of civil, criminal, consumer dispute and revenue matters. I completed my LL.B. from St. Soldier Law College and interned under several advocates at the District Court, Jalandhar.

I routinely take briefs from diverse clients, prepare daily court lists, coordinate with court staff and law enforcement, and draft legal notices, replies and applications under CPC, CrPC, IEA and related provisions. I also manage compliance and service processes, including summons, dasti service and secondary evidence procedures.

My practice includes preparing final arguments and representing clients across various courts and commissions, emphasizing attention to detail and persistence in case preparation. I have practical familiarity with legal research and practice platforms and document tools to support litigation work.

I seek to contribute my litigation skills and courtroom experience to a challenging legal environment where I can continue to develop advocacy, drafting and case-management capabilities.
