Specialized in ISO 26262 and ASPICE, analyzed stakeholder requirements into end-user functions and KPIs, achieving ASPICE level 2 implementation. Managed stakeholder requirements specifications and compliance matrix, and led system/component requirement reviews.

Designed viewport systems compliant with FMVSS-NHTSA and Euro NCAP regulations, integrating 2D viewports and 3D bowl view stitching. Conducted intrinsic calibration of fish-eye camera lenses, reducing calibration failure fallout from 60% to 5%.

Designed sheet metal base plates compatible with standard servo bases from Logitech, Thrustmaster, and custom servo motors. Developed racing simulator rig chassis for high-torque motors and fabricated steering wheels using additive manufacturing.

Assisted in designing a 2-part die for a 200 Tonne Hydraulic Press, performing stress analysis using ABAQUS for extrusion of D9 alloy tubes.

Experienced in design and modelling updates for automotive components using ASME Y14.5 standards, including accelerator, clutch, and door cables. Contributed to design updates for antenna and wiring harness and designed battery cable wiring harness terminal jigs.
