I'm looking to apply data analysis, performance management, forecasting, and dashboard automation to support cross-functional business decisions and measurable operational improvement.

At Ozeol International Business, I consolidate KPIs across HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Travel, Accounting, and Finance to give CEOs and stakeholders a global performance view. I build performance-tracking tools, including talent assessment grids, bonus schemes, efficiency matrices, and automated dashboards.

Previously at Intercom Technologies, I extracted and cleansed data, established a centralized data warehouse, automated ETL workflows with Power Automate and Python, and forecasted expenses, sales, and profitability ratios using XGBoost.
