What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to supply chain and material planning roles where I can improve inventory performance, secure production flows, manage supplier risks, and use SAP and data analysis to drive operational results.

At ALSTOM, I manage 33+ international suppliers, including ABB and TE Connectivity, to secure material availability and production continuity.

I've reduced inventory from 3.5MC to 2.2MC and improved the shortage rate from 4% to 3.2% through MRP, supplier performance monitoring, and coordination across procurement, logistics, and production.

In a sheet metal supply optimization project, I managed 22 international suppliers and reduced inventory from 3.85MC to 2.6MC. I also improved the shortage rate from 5.5% to 1.6% within eight months by optimizing order quantities, delivery frequency, and supplier follow-up.

I bring hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Excel, VBA, Kanban, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement. I work comfortably in Arabic, French, and English.
