I’m a Data Analyst and final-stage Business Data Analytics student at COMSATS University Islamabad (BS, expected 2027). I’m looking for remote data analyst roles and internships with international teams.
Over the past few months I’ve completed five internships: Data Analyst Intern at Excelerate, CodeAlpha, and DecodeLabs, Prompt Engineering Intern at Excelerate, and Business Development Intern at Ozone Limited. Most of this work was remote. At Excelerate I worked in a 10-member global team, where I built a Random Forest classification model, validated AI outputs for hallucinations and bias, and wrote the validation and evaluation section of a team prompt repository.
My technical skills are Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Statsmodels), SQL (Oracle, MySQL), and Excel. My projects include an ARIMA forecasting model for stock prices, an OLS regression model that forecasts Pakistan petrol price changes from Brent crude prices and USD/PKR exchange rates, a web scraping and sentiment analysis project on 1,000 books and 1,209 reviews, and a normalized Oracle database for parking management. At DecodeLabs I built a Python data-cleaning pipeline and wrote 21 Oracle SQL queries for business reporting.
My business development background is what sets me apart. At Ozone I analyzed market data across the GCC, UK, EU, and North America to prioritize 150+ target companies, which supported a pipeline that led to 20+ scheduled client meetings. I also built an Excel KPI reporting system to track outreach and conversion. Because of this, I understand how analysis supports sales and strategy decisions, not just the technical side.
I’m especially interested in sales and market analytics, forecasting, and applying machine learning to business problems such as lead scoring. I’d be a good fit for companies that need an analyst who can clean and model data, explain the results clearly, and work independently in a remote team.
