What I'm looking for

I'm looking for quantity surveying or cost management opportunities where I can support UAE or KSA developments through accurate measurement, BOQs, cost control, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.

I've supported UAE and KSA residential, commercial, interior fit-out, hospitality, and mixed-use developments through cost planning, BOQs, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, and final accounts. My work includes projects such as a 90,000 sqm UAE entertainment park, AED 181M Dubai luxury villas, and Riyadh hotel and villa developments.

At Coeins, S&T Interiors, Colma, and Bin Dayel Contracting, I've managed pre- and post-contract quantity surveying, tendering, subcontractor coordination, cost reporting, and cash-flow control. I use CostX, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Primavera P6, and Excel while working to FIDIC and measurement standards including POMI, CESMM, and NRM 2.
