What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative clinical role delivering patient-centered ENT or cardiovascular care, supporting surgical processes, expanding LVAD skills, and contributing to evidence-based practice within a supportive team.

I am a Registered Nurse with experience caring for ENT and cardiovascular patients, including LVAD recipients. I transitioned from a float nurse to a dedicated Ear, Nose and Throat clinic position, demonstrating adaptability and clinical skill.

I manage triage phone calls, provide high-quality patient care, support physicians during procedures, and collaborate with prior authorization teams to ensure timely approvals. I educate patients on ENT surgeries to ensure comprehensive pre-operative understanding and preparedness. Previously, I provided care on a cardiovascular surgical/progressive care unit specializing in cardiovascular and LVAD patients.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University and am LVAD-trained with current Basic Life Support certification. I developed evidence-based policies for fall prevention and tube-feeding that were under review for hospital adoption, reflecting my commitment to improving clinical practice. I seek opportunities to continue applying evidence-based care and grow clinically within collaborative teams.
