Haley Blatter

I’m a CPA and Senior in Business Assurance, designing and performing all aspects of the audit process from start to finish. I review significant one-time transactions, complete financial statement reviews, draft financial statements, and support complex client reporting needs across renewable energy, dealerships, manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations, and 401(k) compliance audits.

In corporate accounting, I developed current practices for recording significant high-estimate close entries, including internal use software capitalization policies and transfer pricing entries for intercompany transactions. I also coordinated efforts between consultants, ERP implementation teams, and internal finance personnel to plan and deploy a new ERP system, while preparing and monitoring internal reporting packages for executive levels each month.

Previously at Moss Adams, I executed full audits for hedge funds, managed and reviewed associates’ work in investment revenue testing, and designed audit procedures for Grant County PUD using GASB codification standards. I’m energized by training new associates, performing first-level reviews and sign-offs, and using best-practice accounting judgment to keep work accurate, efficient, and audit-ready.
