I'm advancing innate-immunity research at ICMR-NIRRCH as a Project Research Scientist II and Ph.D. Research Scholar, designing experiments, standardizing protocols, and contributing to grants and articles.
My work spans cell, tissue, primary and explant culture; molecular assays including PCR, RT-PCR, real-time PCR and ddPCR; and protein analysis through ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
I've published on reproductive health, collectins and ficolins, preeclampsia immunotherapy, hepatitis C treatment response, and siderophore-detection media. My research communication also includes freelance scientific writing, editing, manuscript structuring, peer review, and grant writing for Indian and overseas clients.
I bring five years of biotechnology teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate settings, developing lectures, practicals, teaching content, and syllabi. I also mentor student research projects and enjoy reading, writing, and discussions.
